Service Agreement

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Tyrionexava Financial Planning's subscription service and website.

By subscribing to our service or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

• Service: Our monthly financial planning subscription including consultations, analysis, and personalized recommendations
• User/Client: Any individual or entity that subscribes to or uses our financial planning services
• Content: All information, materials, tools, and resources provided through our service
• Agreement: These Terms and Conditions along with our Privacy Policy and any additional service agreements

Your Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete financial information for effective planning
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
• Use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms
• Confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering contracts

Service Usage Guidelines

To maintain service quality for all users, the following activities are prohibited:

Intellectual Property Rights

All content, software, and materials provided through our service remain the intellectual property of Tyrionexava Financial Planning.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use our service for personal financial planning purposes only.

Privacy and Data Protection

Our collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement.

By using our service, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Payment Terms and Conditions

Our subscription service costs RM 250 per month, inclusive of 6% GST where applicable. Payment is due monthly in advance.

• We accept payment by credit card, debit card, and online banking transfer through authorized payment processors.
• Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless cancelled at least 7 days before the renewal date.
• Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis for unused services, subject to our refund policy terms.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claims arising from use of our services is limited to the amount paid for services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Dispute Resolution Process

We encourage resolution of disputes through the following methods:

Service Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. We may terminate immediately for breach of these terms.

Upon termination, your access to our service will cease, though certain provisions of these terms will survive termination.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms periodically to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements.

Significant changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect.

Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Malaysian law and subject to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.

Severability of Terms

If any provision of these terms is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.

Complete Agreement

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Tyrionexava Financial Planning.
